TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT 1. All prices listed are in NT Dollars. 2. All registrations are non-transferable. 3. Early Bird discounts apply according to the day of registration. 4. Please make the payment within the date stated in our Confirmation Email. a) Registration in Taiwan: To ensure your spot at the festival, full payment needs to be made by T/T or in cash. b) Registration from overseas: To ensure your spot at the festival, a down payment of NT1,000 needs to be made via PayPal. We will email you a PayPal payment request. Please complete the payment within 5 days, thank you! The rest of the registration fee is to be made by cash in NT Dollars after your arrival in Taipei. CANCELLATION 5. In the case of cancellation, refund will be made according to the following: 6. All cancellation requests are to be made via email. 7. In the case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of NT1,000 will be charged. If the paid amount is less than NT1,000, the paid amount will be regarded as the cancellation fee and there will be no refund. a) Cancellation before Aug. 15th: Deducting the cancellation fee of NT1,000, the remaining will be fully refunded. b) Cancellation between Aug. 16th and Sep. 3rd: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. c) Cancellation after Sep. 4th: In the case of unforeseen incidents or force majeure 30% of the paid amount will be refunded. Otherwise there will be no refund. REGISTRATION CHANGES 8. For requests on registration changes, the following apply: a) Every participant can make one (1) change to her/his registration free of charge. b) Since the second request for changes in registration, a handling fee of NT200 will be charged in each occasion. c) Addition of activities are not regarded as registration changes, therefore no handling fee will be charged. The activity to be added will be priced according to the date of purchase. |
報名條款及細則
報名及付款 1. 表列價格單位為新台幣。 2. 所有報名均不可轉讓。 3. 早鳥優惠的認定以報名日期為準。 4. 請於收到報名確認信函後於期限內付款。 a) 台灣境內報名者: 境內報名者須以轉帳或現金方式全額付清報名費,始完成報名手續並確保其參加之席次。 b) 台灣以外之境外報名者: 境外報名者須以 PayPal 支付訂金 NT1,000 來確保其參加之席次,我們會以 email 方式傳送 PayPal 訂金付款連結,請於 5 日內完成付訂。其餘報名費可於抵達台灣之後以新台幣現金付清。 取消報名 5. 取消報名時之退費條款如下: 6. 取消報名須以 email 方式提出申請。 7. 取消報名須支付 NT1,000 之取消費。如預付之金額不足 NT1,000,預付之全額將轉為取消費,不另行退費。 a) 8月15日前提出取消報名申請:將扣除取消費NT1,000後全額退費。 b) 8月16日至9月3日之間提出取消報名申請:將退還預付費用之 50%。 c) 9月4日起:除遇到重大變故或不可抗力者將退還其預付費用之 30%,其餘恕不退費。 更改報名 8. 更改報名之處理條款如下: a) 每位報名者皆有一次免費修改報名細節的機會。 b) 自第二次提出更改報名申請起,每次修改報名細節的手續費為 NT200。 c) 增加報名項目不視為更改報名,不另收手續費。加購之項目按加購時之價格收費。 |
